The chef has an easy recipe to prepare crispy Sindhi aloo tuk at home in a short time.

Take 4 red potatoes, peel them, and cut them into cubes. Wash the pieces, add salt and oil, and mix them.

If you are using an air fryer, air-fry the potatoes for 25 minutes at 160. You can also deep fry at low medium heat for 15 minutes.

Now press the fried potatoes using a bowl or a masher and let them cool down for half an hour.

Once again fry the tuk in hot oil. Cook them till each piece becomes crispy and golden brown.

To make the Tuk Masala, mix 1tbsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1tsp jeera powder, 1tbsp aamchur powder, and some salt.
