Chef Saransh has a special recipe for Rajasthani classic "Makki ki Raab" and we cannot wait to share all about it.

• Start by mixing 1 cup curd, 3 cups water, 30 grams Makki atta, 3 grams Makki daliya, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, grated ginger, and salt.

• Give all the ingredients a nice mix and make sure that there are no lumps.

• Next, pour the mixture into a kadhai and let it boil for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, continue stirring on a low flame.

• Once the mixture is cooked well, place a small steel bowl, put a piece of coal and some ghee, and smoke it.

• Lastly, serve it in a bowl or kulhad and sprinkle some red chili powder & jeera powder.
