1/4 cup of instant coffee 1/4 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of hot water 200 ml of whipping cream 200 ml of condensed milk

First, blend the coffee, sugar and water together until the mixture is airy and frothy.

Take a separate bowl and beat the cream till small peaks are formed. Then, add the condensed milk to the cream and continue whisking it.

Add the Dalgona Coffee mixture to the cream and gently fold it.

Add this coffee mixture to the mould and cover it with cling foil.

Freeze this for 4 to 5 hours or overnight and then enjoy!
