Easy Homemade Snack

Ingredients

• Start by cutting dosas into small pieces. Do not chop them but cut them into desired-sized square or rectangular shapes. 

Step 1

• Once done, transfer the pieces into a refrigerator overnight.

• Take the dehydrated dosa pieces out of your fridge the next morning.

• Heat oil in a kadhai and fry these dosa papad pieces. Fry for a few seconds, remove excess oil, and transfer the fried treats to a serving dish.

Sprinkle some salt on top and enjoy easy-peasy snacks made with leftover dosa.
