Easy Sprouts Bhaji Recipe

• Butter • Water • Chopped onion • Ginger garlic chilli paste • Chopped tomatoes • Chopped beans • Chopped carrot • Chopped beetroot • Chopped coriander leaves • Cube-sized potatoes • Sprouts • Salt • Red chilli powder • Pav bhaji masala • Turmeric powder • Lemon juice • Pav

Ingredients

• Take a pressure cooker and add butter and water to it.

• Start preparing sprouts bhaji by adding all the chopped vegetables and spice powders to the cooker and cook till everything is boiled. It will need at least 3-4 whistles.

• Once done, take a masher or a stick blender to blend boiled vegetables to a thick consistency.

• Add butter, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice to it and the sprouts bhaji is ready.

• Next, add red chilli powder on a dollop of butter to a pan and toast pav to serve with bhaji.
