First, add jeera (cumin) to a pan and roast it.

Next, add pieces of onion. Let the cumin mix with the onion and then add water.

Once the water evaporates, and a onion-jeera mixture is formed, then add the spices and salt. Keep mixing it well.

Then, add pieces of tomato and mix well to form a gravy. Add water to prepare the curry

Finally, add paneer pieces and coriander. Your paneer gravy with zero-oil is ready!
