Time For Zero Oil Cooking! 

Dr Bimal Chhajer shared a recipe for Zero Oil Cooking on a podcast with YouTuber Raj Shamani.

Ingredients 

-Paneer -Jeera -Tomatoes -Coriander -Water -Onion -Turmeric Powder -Chilli Powder -Salt -Garam Masala

Step 1 

First, add jeera (cumin) to a pan and roast it.

Next, add pieces of onion. Let the cumin mix with the onion and then add water.

Step 2

Once the water evaporates, and a onion-jeera mixture is formed, then add the spices and salt. Keep mixing it well.

Step 3

Then, add pieces of tomato and mix well to form a gravy. Add water to prepare the curry
