Prachi's Butter Garlic Prawn Recipe

-Prawns -Salt -Pepper (freshly crushed) -Butter -Garlic (finely chopped) -Red Chilli Flakes -Water -Cornflour -Coriander leaves

First, wash and clean your prawns. Then, sprinkle salt and crushed pepper on them.

Cook the prawns in a pan with a little butter for just 2 minutes and place them aside.

On the same pan, roast chopped garlic in butter on low heat. Let the flavour of the garlic infuse in the butter.

Then, add chilli flakes and add them the cooked prawns, kept aside. Stir well.

Add water and corn-flour to thicken the semi-dry gravy and let it cook for 2 minutes. Finish with fresh coriander leaves. Your Butter Garlic Prawns are ready.
