Hummus is an Arab origin dip which has gained popularity in many countries like India.
This creamy puree is generally eaten with Pita bread.
If you too want to try it, here is a simple recipe.
Ingredients: 1 bowl chickpea 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 clove garlic Olive oil
Ingredients 2 teaspoon sesame seed paste 1 teaspoon cumin powder Kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Take a food processor, add chickpea, olive oil, garlic, sesame paste, lemon juice, cumin powder and salt. Now puree it.
Add 1-2 tablespoon water for consistency.
Now serve it in a bowl and garnish with olive oil and paprika.
