Herbed rice is a flavoursome dish that goes perfectly with a range of dishes, especially grilled yummies.
Chilled and cooked rice, minced garlic, butter, olive oil, diced fresh parsley, salt, pepper, and thyme.

In a pan, add some olive oil and a little butter. As it starts to warm, add diced garlic and thyme.

Just as it starts to sizzle, add chilled rice and mix them all together.

Now, add black pepper and salt to mix and carefully mix them all together.

Just before turning off the heat, add some fresh parsley and then fold them together.
