• Udon noodles • Oil • Chicken • Onion • Garlic • Carrot • Green onion • Mushroom • Cabbage • Oyster sauce • Soy sauce • Brown sugar • Sesame seeds

• Start by boiling udon noodles. Add them to boiling water and cook till noodles soften. Make sure to drain using cold water.
• Add oil to a pan and fry small boneless chicken pieces. Pick up cooked chicken in a bowl and add more oil to the pan to saute onion and garlic.

• Then, stir-fry carrot, cabbage, mushroom, and green onion. Make sure to not overcook.

• Meanwhile, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
