This special day dedicated to crepes is celebrated on February 2 in France. Many households in this country make crepes on this day and enjoy the occasion. If you wish to make some as well, these are the steps to follow.

• Start the process of making crepes by preparing the batter. Blend milk, flour, and eggs into a smooth paste. • Next, add unsalted melted butter, salt, and sugar to the mixture and whisk once again.

• If you have some time in hand, keep the batter aside for a few hours and then start using it to cook. You can even refrigerate it for about an hour.

• Next, add some butter to a pan and add the desired portion of batter. Tilt the pan gently so that the batter spreads evenly and forms a circle.

• Once one side gets cooked well, flip it and cook the other side. • After the perfect golden brown is achieved, fold the crepes gently.
