For the 10th day, make the viral Arabian Pudding to serve as bhog to Bappa! For this, we have found this easy and delicious recipe by Chef Prachi Agarkar (@lets_eat_with_prachi).
500 ml milk 1.5 tbsp vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp sugar 200 ml fresh cream 2 tbsp condensed milk 12 slices white bread Chopped nuts to garnish

1. In a pan, bring the milk to a boil and add sugar to it. 2. Also, mix the custard powder in 2 tbsp of milk to make a slurry.
3. Add the custard powder slurry to the milk and cook till it thickens. 4. Bring it off the heat & let it cool down.
5. In another bowl, mix fresh cream with condensed milk and keep it aside.
6. Cut the edges of white bread. 7. Now, start layering the pudding. 8. First, add a layer of bread, then pour a layer of custard powder and cream mixture on it.
9. Repeat this process 3-4 times to make the pudding and top it with chopped nuts. 10. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours before consuming.
