For day 5, we recommend trying this instant Kesar Malai Peda recipe by @tastytaleswithrupal. The recipe will give you melt-in-mouth pedas that you can serve as prasad during Ganesh Utsav.
250g paneer 1.5 cups milk powder 1 cup milk 1/4 cup sugar Saffron milk Cardamom powder Pistachios (for garnish)

1. Take 250g of grated paneer in a pan. 2. Add 1.5 cups of milk powder and 1 cup of milk to it. 3. Mix it all together and let it cook on low heat.
4. Once the ingredients come together, add saffron-infused milk to it.
5. Next, add 1/4 cup of sugar and some cardamom powder to the mixture and mix it all well.
6. Once the mixture comes together, take it off the heat and let it cool down. 7. Then take coin-sized bits of the mixture and shape the pedas. 8. Garnish them with chopped pistachios.
And that’s it! Your Kesar Malai Peda are ready to be served to Ganpati!
