On the sixth day of Ganesh Utsav, get creative and make Biscoff Tiramisu Modak with this recipe by Chef Abhinay Gupta (@bhaiyajiletscook).
Biscoff spread 200g cream cheese Vanilla essence Powdered sugar Biscoff Biscuits Black coffee Cold butter
1. Take 200g of cream cheese, 2 tbsp of Biscoff spread, 1 tsp vanilla essence, and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar in a bowl. 2. Mix it all together.
3. In a mixer grinder, add half a packet of Biscoff biscuits and grind it till you get a sandy texture.
4. Take the ground biscuits in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of black coffee, and 2-3 cubes of cold butter to it. 5. Mix it all together to form a dough. 6. Let it sit in the fridge for 15-20 mins.
7. Take a bit of the Biscoff biscuit dough in a modak mould and leave a cavity in the middle. 8. With a piping bag, fill the Biscoff spread in the cavity and seal it with more biscuit dough.
9. Demould and follow the same process to make more modaks.
And that’s it! Your Biscoff Tiramisu Modak is ready to be served to Bappa!
