1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of ghee. 2. Once it melts, add 1 cup of almond flour, 2 tbsp water, ¾ tsp saffron & ¾ cup of sugar, and mix it all.
3. Once the sugar melts, add 1 tsp of cardamom powder, cook on a medium flame for a few minutes and stir well. 4. After the mixture begins leaving the side, add 1 tsp of ghee to the mixture.
5. Transfer the mixture to a lined tray or a baking mat and let it cool down. 6. Then, start kneading the dough. 7. Roll it into a round of about ¼ inch thickness and add dry fruits of your choice on top.
9. With the help of a cookie cutter, cut it into small cookies.
10. Arrange them on a baking tray & let them bake in the oven till it turns brown. 11. Remove from the oven and cool for 5-6 minutes.
And that’s it! Your gluten-free Badam Puri is ready to be served to Ganpati!
