Ingredients For The Filling

- 1 tbsp ghee - 1 onion, chopped - 4-5 garlic cloves, chopped - 2-3 green chilies, chopped - Handful of spinach, chopped - Salt and black pepper to taste - 150g paneer, crumbled

Ingredients For The Sauce And Dough

Sauce: - 4 tomatoes - 5-6 dried red chilies - 10-12 cashews - Salt to taste - 1 tsp chili oil Dough: - 1.5 cups whole wheat flour - Salt to taste - Water as needed Garnish: - Fresh coriander, chopped - Chili oil

Sauté onion, garlic, and chilies in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add spinach, cook until wilted. Mix in paneer, season, and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Step 1- Filling

Boil tomatoes, chilies, and cashews until soft. Cool and blend into a paste. Sauté in chili oil, season, and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Mix flour and salt, add water to form a soft dough. Rest for 15 minutes, then roll thin.

Place filling on rolled dough, fold over, and cut with a cookie cutter. Seal edges.
