Shakshuka is a famous Maghrebi dish made with poached eggs but did you know you can also make an eggless version of it?

Content creator Priyanka Meena (@fabulous_feast) shared the recipe for eggless shakshuka, which is made with rawa (sooji).
¾ tbsp mustard oil 1 chopped onion ¾ green chilli 2 tomatoes 80g paneer 7-8 garlic cloves 1 cup sooji ½ cup curd 1 tbsp salt ½ cup water

1. In a pan, add some mustard oil along with chopped onions, chillies, 1 chopped tomato and saute it. 2. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. 3. Let it cook.
4. Meanwhile, in a mixer grinder, take 1 chopped tomato, paneer, and garlic. 5. Blend it.
6. Add the mixture to the pan & mix well.
7. Make a batter and mix sooji, curd, salt, and water.
8. Place it as shown in the pan. 9. Cover with a lid and let it cook for a few minutes.
Add a tadka of curry leaves, mustard seeds, and chillies; garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy your Eggless Shakshuka!
