Chef Kunal Kapur took to Instagram to share an interesting Kala Chana Dosa recipe and here’s how you can make it at home.
½ cup soaked kala chana ½ cup suji 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 green chillies 1-inch ginger ¼ cup yoghurt Salt Peppercorn Handful of fresh coriander leaves 1 cup water Oil

1. Soak kala chana overnight. 2. Drain out the water and put the chana in a blender.
3. Then, add suji, cumin seeds, chillies, and ginger to the blender jar as well.
4. Next, add some yoghurt, salt, peppercorn, fresh coriander leaves, and water to the jar.
5. Blend everything together to make the dosa batter.
6. Add the batter to a hot tawa and cook as normal dosa.
And that’s it! Your Kala Chana Dosa is ready to be served and enjoyed!
