Homemade Rice Noodles

Chef Kirti Bhoutika shared an easy, homemade rice noodle recipe that you can bring together with the hassles of kneading, and they are also gluten-free! 

Ingredients

270g rice flour 500ml water 150g potato starch ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Step 1

1. In a pan, cook some rice flour and water over medium heat until thick. 2. Take it from the heat.

Step 2

3. In a bowl, mix the thick paste with some potato starch, salt, and oil. 4. Mix it all together till you get a smooth, paste-like dough.

Step 3

5. Transfer to a piping bag and squeeze noodles directly into boiling salted water. 

Step 4

6. Once they start to float, transfer them to ice water and drain.

Make Your Noodles 

And that’s it! Your homemade rice noodles are ready to be used!
