Chef Neha Deepak Shah shared  the recipe for homemade whipped cream that is just as good as the store-bought ones!

Just 3 Ingredients

To make this, you just need three ingredients – milk, cream, and butter. 

Science Behind The Recipe

Chef Neha explains that, for a cream to whip well, the ideal fat percentage is above 35%, which comes from the butter, and the addition of fresh cream adds to the flavour. Just remember the ‘1:1:2’ ratio of milk:cream:butter. 

Step 1

1. Take milk in a saucepan and  add fresh cream.

Step 2

2. Place the saucepan on the heat and add butter to it. 3. Once the butter has melted, take it off the stove. 

Step 3

4. Mix everything together and  let it cool down. 5. Now, blend the mixture for 2 mins. 

Step 4

6. Place it in a container & refrigerate it. 

How To Use?

Your cream is ready. You can whip it with sugar or condensed milk just like any store-bought whipped cream.
