What You Need

Chicken, red chilli powder, corn starch, besan, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, salt, black pepper, dhaniya powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, black salt, ajwain, hung curd, water, oil.

Combine the spices in a large bowl and marinate the chicken pieces in it.

Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Heat oil in a kadhai till it’s medium-hot.

Step 3

Fry the chicken for 7-8 mins, then let it rest for at least 10 mins.

Fry it again when you need to serve it for 3-4 mins or until it’s crispy.

If it’s too oily, use a paper towel to soak up the excess oil.
