Ingredients 

Bananas, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 cup cooked short-grain white rice, 2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons white sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, melted, 1 pinch salt, ½ cup whipped cream

Slice 1/2 of 1 banana and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over it.

Step 1 

Dice the remaining bananas and put them into a skillet set over medium heat. Stir and crush the bananas until they take on a slightly golden hue until they resemble a single ball. This process should take around 5 to 10 minutes. Subsequently, take the skillet off the heat.

 Combine milk, rice, egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of sugar, butter, and salt in a saucepan.

Heat the mixture over low heat until it reaches a slightly thickened and steamy consistency, which should take approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

 Incorporate the mashed bananas into the mixture, ensuring thorough blending and even heating. Take the saucepan off the heat and place the rice pudding in the refrigerator, allowing it to cool slightly for a minimum of 15 minutes.
