Put quinoa, chillies, ginger, and water in a blender and make a fine paste. Put in a bowl.

Now put methi dana and all the soacked dals and oats in the blender and mix.

Mix together the two pastes with your hand till they blend.

If the consistency is too think, add water to adjust.
Heat a pan and pour a little mixture. Spread it out to make a thin dosa.
