Soaked quinoa, dhuli urad dal, chana dal, toor dal, and oats, methi dana, chopped chillies, sliced ginger, salt, oil, ghee.

What You Need

Put quinoa, chillies, ginger, and water in a blender and make a fine paste. Put in a bowl.

Now put methi dana and all the soacked dals and oats in the blender and mix.

Mix together the two pastes with your hand till they blend.

Step 4

If the consistency is too think, add water to adjust.

Heat a pan and pour a little mixture. Spread it out to make a thin dosa.

Let it fry it the bottom is golden brown. Make more dosas if you want.

Serve them hot on a plate with chutney and sambhar.
