Handful coriander leaves with stems 5-6 garlic cloves 1/2 tsp of coriander seeds 1 tsp of red chilli powder 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Salt, to taste 1 tsp of oil 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds Juice from 1 lemon

Using a mortar and pestle, crush garlic cloves, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and cumin seeds together.

Pour oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter.

Then, add the ground coriander-garlic paste into this kadai and cook on medium heat.
