• 1/2 cup moong dal • 1/2 tsp crushed cumin • 1/2 tsp crushed coriander seeds • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder • Salt • Chopped coriander leaves • 2 chopped green chilli • 1 cup whole wheat flour • Water • Ghee
• Take a big bowl and add whole wheat flour, salt, and water to knead a soft dough.

• Next, prepare the delicious filling. First, soak moong dal and grind it to a fine paste. Add salt, crushed cumin, crushed coriander seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, and green chillies to the dal paste and mix gently.

• Take a small dough ball and roll it out in a medium size. Use a brush or a spoon to apply ghee on it.

• Add the dal stuffing to the chapati and fold well to form a rectangular shape.

• Place it on a hot pan, brush ghee on both sides and slowly cook until the chapati is made perfectly.
