– 500ml yoghurt – 250ml cold water – 1/2 tsp cumin powder – 1/4 tsp black salt – 1/4 tsp regular salt – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1 green chilli – 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves – Juice of half a lemon – Mint sprig for garnish

Whisk 500ml yoghurt with 250ml cold water until smooth.

Step 1

Add 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp regular salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Step 2

Finely chop 1 green chilli and 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves.

Add the chopped ingredients to the yoghurt mixture.
