Made with butterfly blue pea flowers and sabudana, this Vrat-Special Momos recipe by Chef Neha Deepak Shah is a must-try this festive season.
For dough 1 cup sabudana (sago) 1 cup water Butterfly blue pea flowers For filling Paneer Chopped chillies Ginger Fresh coriander leaves Sendha namak Black pepper powder

1. Start by brewing some butterfly blue pea flowers. 2. Once you get a nice blue colour, use that water to soak in the sabudana for some time.
3. Mash the soaked sabudana and make dough for your momos.
4. To prepare the filling, take some crushed paneer in a bowl. 5. Add some crushed ginger, chopped chillies, fresh coriander leaves, sendha namak, and black pepper to it and mix it.
6. Now, flatten the sabudana dough and add some filling to it. 7. Then, just roll the dough to make a ball-like shape.
8. Place all the momos in a dish and steam it for 8-10 minutes.
And that’s it! You can garnish the vrat-special momos with some coriander oil and crushed peanuts or enjoy it as is!
