• Leftover rice • Oil • Shallot • Crushed garlic • Lime juice • Olive oil • Soy sauce • Maple syrup • Sesame seeds • Kidney beans • Chickpeas • Pinto beans • Parsley leaves

• Heat some oil on a pan and spread the leftover rice evenly. Fry till both sides turn golden and crispy.

• Add shallot slices, crushed garlic, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame seeds to a bowl and stir well to make the dressing.

• Take a large bowl and add soaked and boiled kidney beans, chickpeas, pinto beans, and chopped parsley leaves.

• Lastly, add crispy golden rice and salad dressing to the beans.
