If you've been wasting bread sides for long then here's a fun way to repurpose it and create a good recipe out of it.

Pooja's Garlic Bread Recipe 

Pooja Bothra Daga has a Garlic Bread recipe that repurposes bread sides.

Ingredients 

7-8 garlic cloves 1 tbsp of coriander 1 tsp of chilli flakes 1 tsp of oregano 1 tbsp of butter 3 slices of bread

Step 1 

If you use circular moulds to cut your bread and are left with bread sides, then you can repurpose them.

Use the remaining bread sides and shape them by folding them inwards to form a heart shape.

Step 2

Then, add melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, coriander and chilli flakes to it. Then, dip the folded bread side into it.

Step 3

Roast the buttery bread sides over a medium hot pan till they turn golden brown. Your Garlic Bread is ready!
