• 2 cups of rolled oats • 1/2 cup of nuts (almonds, walnuts) • 1/2 cup of seeds (pumpkin, chia, flax) • 2 tbsp of maple syrup • 1 tbsp of coconut oil (optional) • 1 tsp of cinnamon • 1 tsp of vanilla extract • ¼ cup of dried fruits (cranberries, raisins, figs, dates)

First, mix the oats, nuts and seeds in a large bowl.

Then, add the maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract and coconut oil and mix well.

Then, spread the healthy mixture evenly on a baking tray and bake for 160°C for 20-25 min.

Let the fresh;ly made granola cool. Then add the dried fruits and mix it. Your granola is ready.
