The classic falafel is turned into a quick smashed sandwich so the crispiness reaches every corner of the pita bread.
1 cup Fava beans, 1/4 cup coriander, 1/4 cup parsley, 1/4 leek, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 onions, caramelized onions, coriander, cumin, chili flakes, salt, pepper, baking powder, veggies and garlic sauce to top.
Add fava beans, coriander, parsley, leeks, garlic, onion and caramelized onions to a food processor and mix it all.
Add spices to the mixture.
Take a pita bread and add spread the mixture on it.
Lay it on the pan to cook it till it's cripsy.
Place some veggies like pickled turnips, salad and drizzle some garlic sauce and serve.
