Ema Datshi is a unique Bhutanese Dish made from cheese and chillies.

In Dzongkha language, Ema means Chillies and Datshi means cheese.

It is made by cooking the chillies in the cheese.

The cheese is made out of Yak milk and has a distinctive taste.
