Enjoy A Weekend Feast Cooking Spicy Paneer Hyderabadi Loaded With Flavours; Recipe Inside

Tired of eating the same shahi paneer and paneer butter masala? Well, it's time to try something new and aromatic. Taking to Instagram, Mix & Taste (@mix_and_taste) shared an amazing recipe to cook Paneer Hyderabadi and here's how you can prepare it at home.

Yum Paneer Recipe

• 200 gram paneer • 6 tbsp oil • 4 small onions • 12-15 garlic  cloves • 1 ginger • 2 green chilies • 2 cups spinach leaves • 1 cup coriander leaves • 1/4th cup mint leaves • Salt • 3 dried red chillies • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds • 1 cinnamon stick • 3 black pepper • 2 cardamom • 1/2 cup curd • 1 tbsp red chilli powder •  1/4th tbsp turmeric powder • 1 tbsp coriander powder • 1/2 tbsp garam masala • 1/4th tsp black pepper powder • 1/2 cup water • 1 tsp kasuri methi • 3 tbsp fresh cream • 1 hand chopped coriander leaves

• Add 3 tbsp oil to a pan and fry small onions, garlic cloves, ginger, and green chillies. Cook for some time and add spinach, coriander leaves, and mint leaves.

Step 1

• Cook all the ingredients well and add salt according to taste. Next, transfer everything to a mixer and blend to a fine thick paste.

• Next, add more oil to a pan and golden fry paneer slices.

• Take out the paneer pieces and add dried red chillies, cumin seeds, a cinnamon stick, black pepper, cardamom, and vegetable paste. Let everything cook on a low flame.

• Meanwhile, take a small bowl and prepare a paste using curd, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, and black pepper powder.

• Pour the curd paste into the gravy pan and add some fresh cream and fried paneer pieces. Lastly, add kasuri methi and serve hot.
