Healthy Moong Dal Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients 

1/2cup Moong Dal 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp Carom Seeds 1/2tsp Kasturi Methi 1/8tsp Asafoetida Salt 1cup Wheat Flour 2tbs Semolina (rava) 1/4tsp ghee

Step 1 

Wash and soak the Moong dal for 2 hours and then grind to a fine paste without adding any water.

Once you get the moong dal paste, add the spice powders and the ghee and mix it well.

Step 2

Next, spread some oil and roll it like a chapati dough.

Cut the dough into diamond shapes and prick it using a fork.

Step 4

Bake the diamond pieces for 10 minutes in an oven pre-heated at 180°C. Once it's done, cool the Moong Dal biscuits and toss them in some salt and chilli powder and serve!
