-1/4 cup of besan -1/4 cup of suji -1/4 cup of curd -2 green chillies -1 tbsp of grated ginger -1/2 tsp of ajwain -2 small onions (chopped) -1/2 cup of matar paste or green pea paste -Water as per need -Salt per taste

Add besan, chopped ginger, ajwain, chopped green chillies and suji into a bowl.

Then, pour curd, mashed matar, chopped onions and salt and mix well.

Mix the ingredients well to make a pakodi batter.

In hot oil, add small balls of the dough and let them deep fry.

Once the pakodis are golden brown and crispy, strain the oil and your Crispy Matar Pakodis are ready.
