Make Healthy Magnum Ice Cream

Ingredients 

- 2 bananas - 150g of Greek yogurt - 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter - 50ml of milk - 150g of dark chocolate - 1 tsp of coconut oil (Optional)

Step 1 

First, add the bananas, yoghurt, peanut butter and milk to a blender.

Once it becomes a smooth liquid, pour it into ice cream lolly moulds. Freeze it for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 2

After 3 to 4 hours, melt dark chocolate to make a beautiful glaze.

Step 3

Deep the ice creams into the dark chocolateh. You can even sprinkle it with peanuts.

Step 4

Set them over a tray lined with grease proof paper so they don't stick. Freeze for a few hours and enjoy your healthy Magnum Ice Cream!
