Put all the spices in a muslin cloth and make a masala potli to spice your stock.

Add meat, the masala potli, salt and water to a cooker and cook for 20 mins on low heat.

Separate the stock and the meat. Make sure you squeeze the stock out of the potli too.

Heat ghee in a cooker and add cumin, cloves, pepper, elaichi, green chilli, dalchini, bay leaf, and saute for a few minutes.

Saute onions, ginger garlic paste, hing, fennel powder and jeera powder together for a few minutes.

Add the meat and curd to the mix and cook for a few more minutes.

Add rice, salt and yakhni and pressure cook for 12 minutes on low heat.
