-Moong Dal (soaked dal) -Water -Green chillies -Garlic -Ghee -Haldi -Salt -Cumin Seeds -Hing or asafoetida

Add your soaked moong dal with water, salt and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker. And let it cook for a a few minutes and whistles.

Once the dal is cooked in the pressure cooker, give it a good mix.

To make the tadka, first add ghee to a pot. After it melts, add jeera.

Next, add chopped garlic, full green chillies and hing.

Finally, add the cooked dal in the ghee tadka and give it a good mix. Anil Kapoor's Ghee Wali Dal is ready!
