• Before you start preparing cheesecake, preheat the oven to 230°C. Take a springform pan, grease some butter, and line it with parchment paper.

• Take a mixing bowl and whisk softened sugar-free cream cheese. If you do not have a hand blender or a food processor, use a whisk to smoothen it.

• We are using monk fruit sweetener as a replacement for white sugar. Add it to cream cheese and mix again.

• Next, pour fresh cream, eggs, coconut flour, and vanilla extract one by one and blend to a smooth and lump-free batter.

• Transfer cheesecake batter to the mould and bake for about 45 minutes at 230°C.
