We often crave a delicious bowl of homemade meal loaded with deliciousness. If you too wish to relish the same but do not want to work too hard, try this simple recipe for Lemon Herb Chicken & Rice.

• Start by adding a dollop of butter to a pan and let it melt for a few seconds. Next, add boneless chicken breasts and sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, and Italian seasoning. Coat all the pieces well and let it cook for some time.

• Once done, take out the well-cooked chicken breasts from the pan and add washed uncooked rice to the spicy butter.

• Pour chicken broth, Italian seasoning, lime juice, and cooked chicken pieces. Put a lid on the pan and let everything cook for about half an hour.

• Once done, take out the cover, put some lemon slices, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

• You can cook for yet another 2-3 minutes if chicken broth is still there. Serve lemon herb chicken and rice in a bowl and savour the deliciousness.
