Ingredients

Turmeric leavces 1 cup rice Salt Ghee 6 tbsp grated jaggery 1 cup scraped coconut

Procedure

1. Soak rice for 2 hours in 3 cups of water.  2. Drain and grind it just like idli batter with some water and salt.

3.  Roast coconut a little on the pan and then add jaggery.  4. Cook it for 5 mins and keep aside.

5. Heat water in steamer. Apply some ghee on leaves  and apply the rice batter on it.  6. Now add the coconut-jaggery stuffing and fold the leaf sideways.

7. Nicely steam these leaves for 10-15 minutes.

Serve hot!

Peel the leaves and serve it with some ghee on top!
