-3/4th cup of poha -1 carrot (grated) -1 cucumber (grated) -1 cup of Greek yoghurt -1 tsp of jeera -1 tsp of salt - 1/2 tsp of pepper -1 tbsp of ghee -1 inch ginger -1/2 tsp of pepper -2-3 green chillies (slit) -6-7 curry leaves -pinch of hing -1 tsp of mustard seeds

First, soak the poha in water and let it soften.

Then, whisk the Greek yoghurt to perfect its consistency.

Next, add the grated carrot and cucumber along with the spice powders and soft poha in the yoghurt.

Then, make a tadka with currly leaves, mustard seeds, ginger and green chillies.
