Gaur Gopal Das starts his morning as early as 3:30 am to 5 am.
He then takes a shower and sits for an early morning meditation for about an hour and a half.
He also chants and worships and it takes him till 7 am in the morning.
Guruji also weight trains from 7:30 am in the morning with his trainer.
He also likes to enjoy at least one meal a day mindfully without talking or reading a book or using mobile phones.
Guruji loves to stay focused on the process of eating and eat slowly.
