-100g of chickpea flour ▪️15ml of oil ▪️300g of water ▪️1/2 tsp of salt ▪️Rosemary, chopped

First, pre-heat oven to the maximum temperature. Then, add the chickpea flour and salt and mix it.

Then, add the water and oil and then give it a good whisk.

Cover the chickpea mixture with a foil and let it rest for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, add rosemary and give it a good stir.

Add oil to a pan and pour the batter. Let it cook and your Farinata is ready!
