-1 brinjal -Salt -Turmeric -Curd -Cumin powder -Black salt -Chilli powder -Sugar Fennel seeds -Cumin seeds -Mustard -Fenugreek -Garlic -Curry Leaves

First, cut the brinjal into slices and marinate. Then, marinate the slices with salt and turmeric.

Then, deep-fry the marinated brinjal pieces and keep them aside.

Then, whisk a bowl of curd and add chilli powder, salt, roasted jeera, black salt and a pinch of sugar.
