-Turmeric -Beetroot Puree - Butterfly Pea Flowers Extract -Idli Batter

First, take three bowls of Idli Batter and mix each bowl with turmeric, beetroot puree and blue pea flower extract.

Pour the the colourful batter and the regular idli batter into the idli steamers.

Once the idlis are cooked, take them out and use a crinkle cutter to cut the bottom part of the idlis.

Take the portions cut out and put them into an idiyappam maker to extract idli noodles.

Finally assemble all the idli elements together and present them in a way that they look like colourful Jellyfish Idlis.
