• 50g cooked rice • 100g raw rice • 140g water • 1/2 tbsp salt • 1/2 tsp sugar • 1 tsp instant yeast • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tbsp ghee • Some spring onions • 1 green chili • Podi

• To make this yummy unique dish, make a batter by grinding cooked rice and raw rice with water. Add salt, sugar, baking powder, and instant yeast to the mix and let it ferment for at least 45 minutes.

• Next, take a pan, add some ghee, and fry some spring onion greens and green chilli.

• Then pour some batter, sprinkle podi, and add spring onion greens on one side.

• Once both sides are cooked perfectly and you get a golden brownish colour, turn off the gas.
