Healthy Herbed Cheese Spread

Nutritionist Disha Sethi shared a recipe for healthy Herbed Cheese Spread which goes great on toast, bun, and even bagels.

Ingredients 

100 g of paneer 4-5 garlic cloves 5-6 almonds Salt to taste 1/3 cup of water 1 green chilli 1 tsp of chilli flakes 1 tspof  oregano 3-5 olives Handful coriander leaves

Step 1 

First, add paneer, garlic, almond, water, green chilli and salt to a blender. And blend it.

Take the mixture out and pour it into a bowl. Then, add black olives, chilli flakes,  and oregano. 

Step 2

Give this a good mix till it forms into creamy herbed cheese spread.
