Ingredients 

Tomatoes Onions Carrot Spring Onions Capsicum Cabbage/ Purple Cabbage (2 bowls of the above veggies in total) Coriander 1 tbsp of chopped garlic Salt 1.5 tsp of pepper 1/2 tsp of red chilli sauce 1/2 tsp of green chilli sauce 1/2 tsp of vinegar 1 tsp of soy sauce 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds 1/4 cup of rice flour 1/4 cup of corn flour 1/4 cup of water

Step 1 

Add finely chopped veggies of your choice to a bowl and mix them well.

Step 2 

Then, add salt, pepper, chopped garlic and the sauces.

Then, add rice flour, corn flour, sesame seeds and adjust the consistency of the batter with water.

Step 4

Scoop the batter and add a spoonful to a pan with hot oil. Smear it evenly and let it roast.

Step 5

Flip it and let it cook till it's golden brown and crispy on both sides. Your Manchurian Vegetarian Pancakes are ready!
